Another Incredible View !

It is incredible indeed to see another INSEADer. I visited someone who returned to his home country after the MBA and what did I find? A very very disillusioned MBA who feels everything around him does not work. The system is inefficient. People don't have initiative. People are not driven enough. I was amazed first. Then I kind of understood where he came from.

INSEAD did have an incredible group of high energy people roughly in the same age bracket with fire in the belly. When you get into the real world "fire" is indeed missing. Infact over the last few weeks, I have enjoyed being a little bit of a bully to get things done at work. I even dared calling it a "strength" to my INSEAD friend. "We have the fire they don't too bad for them" I meant (didn't say it) in an arrogant MBA tone.
